Chief has created the ultimate citrus spiced blend seasoning made from granulated lemon zest and cracked black peppercorns. Our Grade 1 lemon zest is mashed with our quality black peppercorns to allow the citrus oil to infuse into the pepper. We suggest sprinkling atop fries, seasoning fresh shrimp, and even fish and meats, particularly poultry and Italian pasta dishes.
